01 General Conditions
Each promotion may carry additional offer-specific conditions published with the offer. Where offer-specific conditions conflict with this page, the offer-specific conditions apply. All promotions are subject to our Terms and Conditions, Refund & Dispute Policy and Export Restrictions.
02 Combining Offers
Promotions cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, bundles or negotiated pricing unless expressly stated. Only one discount code may be applied per order.
03 Discount Codes & Expiry
- Discount codes expire on the listed expiry date and cannot be applied or honoured retroactively after expiry.
- Codes must be entered at checkout; we cannot apply a code to a completed order.
- Codes are non-transferable and may be limited to one use per customer or organisation.
- Expired, invalid, mistyped or withdrawn codes will not be reissued as credit.
04 Eligible Services
Promotions apply only to the eligible services stated in the offer. Unless expressly included, promotions do not apply to enterprise engagements, incident response retainers, custom statements of work, exam or certification fees charged by third parties, taxes, or third-party pass-through costs.
05 No Cash Value
Promotions and discount codes have no cash value, are not redeemable for cash or credit, and cannot be exchanged, sold or transferred. Where a discounted purchase is refunded under our Refund Policy, the refund is limited to the amount actually paid.
06 Promotional Period & Pricing
Promotional pricing applies only during the stated promotional period and to purchases completed within it. For subscriptions, promotional pricing applies for the stated number of billing cycles; thereafter the service renews at standard list pricing unless otherwise stated.
07 Modification or Termination
ShieldCore Security may modify, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, including correcting pricing errors. Orders already completed at a valid promotional price will be honoured.
08 Misuse of Promotions
Creating duplicate accounts, publishing restricted codes, automating redemption or otherwise abusing an offer may result in cancellation of the order, revocation of the discount, and suspension of accounts under our Acceptable Use Policy.
